HB 90 further restricts healthcare access for pregnant Kentuckians. HB 684 bans diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at Kentucky public colleges and universities, ending support for underserved communities and programs that help veterans attend college.

HB 495 allows conversion therapy and denies gender-affirming care to Medicaid recipients. HB 695 imposes part-time legislative control over Medicaid and KCHIP, adding work requirements and red tape that could reduce coverage for 1.6 million Kentuckians. SB 89 removes key protections for upstream waterways and groundwater.
